Bezalel made a Covenant Box out of acacia wood with 45x27x27 inches and covered it with gold inside and outside and carried poles of acacia wood with gold. He designed two winged creatures made of hammered gold, one for each end of the gold lid so that they would form one piece. The winged creatures faced one another across the lid with their outspread wings covering the Covenant Box. Bezalel made the table out of acacia wood, 36x18x27 inches with a pure gold covering and border all around it. He also made a rim 3 inches wide of pure gold with a border around the rim. He made carrying rings of gold, four of them at its corners near the table’s legs.
The poles were near the rim and covered with gold. Finally, he made the dishes of pure gold for the table: the plates, cups, jars and bowls for the wine offering. He also made the gold lampstand that was of hammered work. The lampstand’s shaft and flowers were of one piece. Three branches were by the lampstand on both sides. Each of the six branches had three decorative flowers shaped like almond blossoms with buds and petals. He also designed seven lamps for the lampstand and its tongs and trays with pure gold. He made an altar out of acacia wood, for burning incense. It was 18x18x36 inches and its projections at the 4 corners formed one piece with it. He covered everything with pure gold and put a gold border around it. He made two gold carrying poles attached to the border of the two rings. He also made the sacred anointing oil and the sweet-smelling incense, mixed like perfume.
